I have effectively optimized and implemented Supply Chain processes for top-tier manufacturing companies. In a standout project, I orchestrated and managed the "cold-chain" global distribution and logistics of critical vaccines from manufacturer to end customer. We developed best practices for sustainable Supply Chain Operations. These practices included vendor selection, SOW creation and execution, cold chain distribution and management, quality and inventory optimization, ERP management and robust risk mitigation strategies all of which formed the cornerstone of a multi-billion dollar operation. .

ERP Management
I pride myself on maintaining ERP agnosticism. This independence allows me to match the best software to your unique business needs. I have successfully implemented and optimized various platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, JD Edwards, Salesforce, ConnectWise, and QuickBooks. My firm can manage projects that scale from full ERP Implementations and rescue projects, to simple customizations and end user training.

S&OP Development
A Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes is pivotal in fostering streamlined coordination between business functions, enhancing Supply Chain visibility and enabling informed decision-making. In this project, for a renowned injection molding operation, I led a S&OP process that gathered input from stakeholders to develop a predictive model for capacity gaps. The processes significantly enhanced Supply Chain visibility, leading to capacity increase of 12%.

Inventory Management
Managing inventory can be challenging due to the complexities of balancing Supply & Demand along with accounting for fluctuating market conditions. In this project I optimized raw material inventory levels, specifically steel, for a building materials company. The firm implemented strategies to increase yearly inventory turns from 1 to 4, leading to improved operational performance and cost reduction all while improving company service levels by 25%..
